Individual Development Lessons Lessons can be arranged for all players, Monday - Friday, via the email link under contact info. Two options are available, specific skill instruction, in a 1/2 hour lesson, or an 1 hour lesson that can include all aspects of the game. Two locations are used, outside, in Montville, NJ, or inside, Sports University, in Fairfield, NJ. Team Practice Development / Team Baseball Advisor Team practices are available. Advising the coaching staff, organizing and running practice time, coaching situations and game play are the focus of this option. College Recruiting Program/Assistance An annual program, which guides the player and family through the college selection and recruiting process. Assisting in a game plan to open options to the player so that he and his family can make the best decision based on their needs and playing ability.
